Identity verification at Teto Bank is powered by Sumsub, a specialised provider of KYC and compliance technology. If you have issues with your ID, selfie or address proof, please include only non-sensitive details (for example, document type and country) in your message. Never send full document numbers or photos by unencrypted email.
For business and corporate customers, we recommend using a ticket from the authorised business account so we can verify your role and respond securely.
For login issues, please do not include your password or one-time codes. Use the “Forgot password” or “Reset access” options in the app whenever possible.
Teto Bank will never ask you to share your password, full card number, CVV, PIN or one-time codes in tickets, email or over the phone.
