Reward Campaign

If you have a campaign code, you can enter it during signup in the Teto app. Eligible customers may receive a one-time $25 reward after their first load and card order, subject to the campaign terms.

  • Enter your campaign code in the relevant field when prompted.
  • Complete your KYC and first load, then order your Teto Card.
What You Will Need

Documents for opening your account

To keep Teto Bank secure, all customers must complete identity verification (KYC) before we can fully activate an account.

KYC is performed via Sumsub, a specialised global provider of identity verification and compliance technology, in line with our own policies and Canadian regulations.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (for example, passport or national ID).
  • A selfie or short liveness capture to match you to your document.
  • Proof of address if required (for example, utility bill or bank statement).
  • You must not be resident in, or applying from, a sanctioned or restricted country.
  • For business accounts, we may ask for company registration documents, ownership structure and authorised representative details.

Never share secrets in messages

Do not share passwords, one-time codes, PINs, CVV, full card numbers or full ID numbers in tickets, emails or chat. Enter them only in secure app screens.

Check suspicious requests

If someone claims to be from Teto Bank and asks for sensitive data, stop and contact us via Support or the in-app help center.
